ProfitPlumber LLC (“ProfitPlumber”, “we”, “us”) provides callback coordination software for plumbing service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

• Business owner information: name, email, business name, business phone number (collected during account registration)
• End-customer information: name, phone number, email address, service request details (collected when a customer submits a callback request form)
• Usage data: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited

3. How We Use Information

• To operate and deliver the ProfitPlumber service
• To send SMS notifications on behalf of plumbing businesses to their own customers
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails via Resend
• We do not sell, share, or transfer personal information to third parties for marketing purposes

4. SMS Messaging

ProfitPlumber sends SMS messages on behalf of plumbing businesses to customers who have initiated contact by calling the plumbing business. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (up to 4 messages per missed call event). Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ProfitPlumber:

• Twilio (SMS and voice)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Resend (email delivery)

Each third party has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@profitplumbers.com.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls.
