By using ProfitPlumber, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Service Description
ProfitPlumber is a SaaS platform that enables plumbing businesses to automatically send SMS callback notifications to customers who called their business phone and did not reach a live person.
3. SMS Messaging Program
Program name: ProfitPlumber Callback Notifications
Program description: Automated SMS sent to customers of plumbing businesses who missed their call, providing a link to submit a service request and schedule a callback.
Message frequency: Up to 4 messages per missed call event (1 initial notification plus up to 3 follow-up reminders).
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Plumber Responsibilities
Plumbers using ProfitPlumber are responsible for ensuring they have the right to send SMS messages to their customers and for complying with applicable laws.
5. Payment
ProfitPlumber is offered on a subscription basis. Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
6. Limitation of Liability
ProfitPlumber LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
